Description
The Jetline EcoWatt is a high performance, low profile in-line fan
that incorporates the latest innovative EC motor technology. It
features silent-block motor mounting to reduce vibrations and
lower the sound level of operation. The Jetline uses a quick
fit mounting bracket for fast installations and is suitable for
mounting in any position.
There are 6 models in the range matching standard duct sizes
from 100 to 315mm diameter.

Construction
Outer housing and foot mount are made of pressed galvanised
steel providing a very robust construction. Internal housing and
patented centrifugal impeller are from injected moulded plastic.
Motors
Type – electronically commutated (EC) motor
Electricity supply – 230V +/-10%, single-phase, 50/60Hz
Bearings - sealed for life, ball.
Speed-controllable via the internal potentiometer located in the
terminal box or using an EC type speed controller via a 0-10V
external signal.
Class B Insulation, IP44.
Internal Thermal Protection
Manual-reset thermal overload protection device in
accordance with mandatory requirements for in-duct fans
AS/NZS60335-2-80:2016
Suggested Specification
The in-line fans shall be of the Jetline EcoWatt Series as supplied
by Fantech Pty Ltd and be of the model numbers shown on the
schedule/drawings.
Impellers shall be of the centrifugal design and driven by
a speed-controllable, brushless EC-DC motor with integral
thermal protection. Fans shall be capable of running 10 to 100%
of capacity via a 0-10V analogue input signal. The fan outer
casing and mounting foot shall be of pressed galvanised steel
and internal housing including the impeller made from injected
moulded plastic.
All models shall be fully tested to ISO5801: Part1, 1997 for air flow
and ISO 13347-3 2004 for noise.
