After 22 years at its Mulgrave location, Fantech Melbourne is on the move! From its original 3400 sq m premises, over the years the business expanded next door, providing a total of approximately 6500 sq m, along with stock holding in other warehouses.

Fantech Finance Director John Tan said “To continue the commitment to our customers around Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia and our ongoing program of product development and improvement, we are now moving to a new home of over 10,000 sq.m in Dandenong South, located in Melbourne’s south-east. The new home will ensure our high quality product range and the focus on strong customer service, continues to set the standard in the market.”

To help minimize confusion to customers and suppliers, phone and fax numbers, email contacts and web addresses will remain the same.

The new 2.4 hectare premises features two undercover canopies for inward and outward goods, ample parking for visitors, customer pick ups and staff, as well as easier truck accessibility. Fantech’s move in October has been strategically planned to minimise disruptions. “The warehouse will be relocated first, followed by production and then the offices” John added.

From Monday October 27th 2008, our new address will be: 42-62 Pound Road West, Dandenong South, just off the South Gippsland Highway and between the Monash freeway and the new East Link. (Melway Ref. 95 K6)

Please note that from Monday October 13th to Friday October 24th:

  • Sales and enquiries - contact numbers and office will operate as normal during the relocation period.
  • Urgent order requirements - our sales staff will discuss arrangements to best meet your commitments.
  • Standard and project order requirements - an arrangement for delivery before or after these dates will be discussed in advance.
